We are a local, 2nd generation owned company dedicated to providing superior paving services to both commercial and residential clients.
Barlow Paving was founded in the 80's by Bryan Barlow offering landscaping & light excavation starting with 1 pickup and himself. Since then, the company grew offering paving, excavating, asphalt maintainence, sewer installations, trucking and commercial snowplowing and de-Icing with a fleet of 15 trucks and 10 crew members.
With the passing of Bryan in 2021, his son Scott took over the lead. Scott started off as a general laborer 15 years ago and quickly moved up into operations of equipment, CDL driver and crew leader. He is now the sole owner and operator of Barlow Paving & Excavation where he continues to offer the same services, and continues to grow everyday. During the summer months, he's available to the homeowners paving needs, commercial parking lots, roadways, trucking materials and so much more! During the winter months, he's available for trucking materials, commercial snowplowing/de-icing including shoveling & snowblowing, whatever your needs may be.
