Paving Repairs & Maintenance

Preventative Maintenance:

For the first 12-18 months, protect your freshly paved driveway by avoiding heavy deliveries, parking in one spot for a prolonged period of time, and turning your wheels WITHOUT the vehicle in motion.

To maintain the integrity of the surface, have the surrounding edges filled with dirt or other material and avoid driving off the edge and/or have the edges filled with dirt.

Gas, diesel or oil drippings can also impact the life of the driveway.

Water, weather, and time can degrade the surface of asphalt. We recommend seal coating your driveway every two to three years to prevent cracks and UV damage from the sun.

Repairs:

In the event that the driveway develops cracks or potholes, we are able to provide crack sealing and patching.
